BEGINNING CHIP CARVING Ages 21+
No woodcarving experience is required. Tools are provided for this simple method of carving. A great hobby with amazing results! The classes take you from start to finish on your own carving. Instructor has over 15 years’ experience. Take it again for more practice and a new design if you have taken the class in the past. Must have hand strength and dexterity.

VINTAGE JEWELRY MONOGRAM Ages 13+
Go back to the 1970’s to create a beautiful, one-of-a-kind collage from donated, vintage jewelry. Choose a letter at time of registration or you can choose from a butterfly, heart, tree or make your own. You are welcome to bring any of your own collected jewelry for a personal touch, but it is not required.

SUMMER ART CAMP 1: Art-Rageous Creativity Ages 5-12
This camp will explore all kinds of media and techniques used by artists. We will explore works of art in the museum collection, and create our own. Young artists will display their art creations at the end of camp. Daily snack provided.

Artoberfest Ticket – $50
Artoberfest is Friday, Oct. 13, starting at 6 pm at the Charles H. MacNider Art Museum (303 2nd Street SE, Mason City, Iowa). Everyone attending must be age 21 or older.
Tickets can be picked up at the Museum during regular business hours or claimed at will call at the Artoberfest events. Your preference can be indicated in the order notes. We will contact you if no instruction is given.
