MacNider Arts Festival 2009

 

Please join us the second weekend in June (Saturday, June 13 - Sunday, June 14, 2009) for the MacNider Arts Festival. Wonderful world musical entertainment, family art activities, food, and more will take over the front lawns of the MacNider Art Museum and the Mason City Public Library!

The MacNider Arts Festival is sponsored by:

The festival takes place on the lawns of the MacNider Art Museum and the Mason City Public Library. Call the Museum for more information at 641-421-3666.

MacNider Arts Festival Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking throughout the year for Volunteers for our MacNider Arts Festival in June!
 
If you or your business is interested in helping out, please call 641-421-3666.
 
We have many different areas to work in:
  • Art Activities
  • Art Market
  • Food
  • Set-up
Volunteering is a great way to meet others and to get in on the fun. It is also a wonderful way for your business to get involved in the community (groups are encouraged to wear matching company t-shirts).
     

 Outdoor Art Market

Sunday, June 14, 2009
10 am to 4 pm - Over $300 in Art Market Bucks will be given away throughout the Festival for shopping at the Art Market! Sign up on Sunday to win! Collect and enjoy quality, original artwork from over 40 artists. Local and regional artists will be selling paintings, fiber works, drawings, photography, jewelry, ceramics and much more.

Artists: A downloadable entry form will be available in early spring 2009.

Please Note: The entry deadline is MAY 1. The entry fee will increase after this date.
